Preparation before starting the machine
This machine uses a single-phase AC power supply and is equipped with three grounding sockets on the shell. When using it, grounding protection must be done.
When using it for the first time or the interval between uses is too long, it should be preheated at low temperature for half an hour before normal operation.
Adjust the height and front and rear positions of the conveyor belt to suit the outer dimensions of the required sealing parts and the horizontal plane of the conveyor belt.
According to the sealing width requirements, adjust the position of the sealing width positioning frame.
Start-up operation procedure: Plug in the power supply and turn on the main power switch first
At this time, the red indicator light is on--turn the speed knob to the right
Adjust to the required operating speed--turn on the heating switch
Rotate the temperature control dial
Adjust to the scale line of the required temperature. After about 3-5 minutes, the temperature display pointer will point to the specified temperature value. At this time, it means that the heating zone has reached the specified temperature, and then wait for another 5 minutes. When the temperature of the heating block reaches a stable state, the machine can be put on for sealing test operation.
