Equipment preparation
Prepare the paste filling machine, check whether all parts are intact, whether the fasteners of each part are loose, and tighten them if they are loose.
Prepare the required paste and container, and select the appropriate filling head and container according to different products and specifications.
Connect the power supply and air source.
Check before filling
Check whether the container is clean and free of foreign matter.
Check whether the filling head is clean and free of residue.
Confirm whether the paste feeding fault indicator is normal, that is, whether the paste can be fed normally.
Check whether the air pressure is normal, and whether the filling head pressure and paste outlet pressure are appropriate.
Check whether the printer (if any) is working properly.
Paste filling
Pour the paste into the paste barrel, turn on the paste feeding fault indicator, and wait for the paste to be fed.
Place the filling head above the container and set the switch to the "on" position.
Wait until the paste flows out of the filling head and fill it according to the set capacity. IV. Cleaning and maintenance
Turn off the paste feeding fault indicator, pour the paste in the paste barrel into the container, and carefully clean the residue in the barrel and on the filling head.
Clean the filling head and container, and remind them to disinfect before the next round of use.
