Choose a flat table and place the machine steadily. You can pull the chassis feet apart to make the machine panel easier to observe.
Insert the plug on the handheld sensor head into the socket on the panel and tighten it. Pay attention to the positioning notch.
Insert one end of the power cord plug into the socket on the back panel of the chassis and the other end into the power supply socket. Be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power supply.
Turn on the "Power Main Switch (POWER SW.)" on the back panel of the chassis, press the "Power Switch (SWITCHING)" button on the panel, and wait for the "WARM UP" green indicator light to light up, and the machine can work.
Press and hold the "SETTING BUTTON" button and set it to an appropriate value, generally between 0.5-2.0 seconds.
Place the sensor head on the container cover and press the start button on the handle. The red "HEATING" indicator light will turn on, indicating that heating is in progress. Do not remove the sensor head. Remove the sensor head after the red "HEATING" indicator light turns off. Wait until the green "WARM UP" indicator light turns on or the internal buzzer sounds a short "beep" before you can seal the next container.
